As a special highlight, our guests have access to a swimming pool measuring 10 x 3.5 m and with a depth of 1.38 m. Thanks to a mobile enclosure and heated water, swimming fun is guaranteed even when the outside temperatures are cooler.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1 to November 1. In mild spring and autumn weather, an earlier start or a longer swimming season may be possible. The water temperature during this period is usually between 27°C and 30°C.

For athletes, we offer a counter-current system, while those who prefer to relax can make themselves comfortable on the bench under the waterfall shower. After your swim, you can relax on loungers with a view of the stunning panorama of the Chiemgau mountains. The adjacent pool hut has a kitchenette and sanitary facilities.

The swimming pool is located on our holiday farm at the address “Luft 19, 83236 Übersee.”

In addition to the infrared cabins in the Sissi, Franz & Peter vacation apartments, we also offer a wellness & sauna room for all our vacation guests. The sauna is located in the basement of the new building.

We provide sauna visitors with several sauna towels, hand towels, bathrobes, and beverages.

If you would like to use the sauna, please let us know and we will be happy to prepare it for you.

We charge €8 per person for a two-hour sauna session.

Each additional hour costs €2 per person.

In addition, we offer a two-hour sauna session free of charge to every family who books 7 days in the preseason.

There is at least one parking space available for each vacation apartment/house on the property. There is still enough space available even for guests arriving with several vehicles.

There is a large wooden hut on our holiday farm where you are welcome to store any bicycles you bring with you.

The beauty of our region is that it used to be a glacier area, so there are no hills to make cycling difficult. Below the Chiemgau Alps.

There are various bike dealers in Übersee where you can easily rent bikes. If you are interested, we will be happy to put you in touch with them.

Our cozy lounge offers space for up to 20 people and provides a high level of comfort. In addition to a rustic fireplace that can be enjoyed from all sides, the comfortable bench seating at the tables invites you to linger. The kitchen in the lounge is equipped with everything you need for festive occasions. Whether it's weddings, birthdays, or celebrations—everyone is welcome!

We have a portable gas grill and a wood grill that guests can fetch from the wooden hut.

For guests staying in the Franz, Liesl, and Peter vacation apartments on the upper floor, there are comfortable wooden benches available next to the wooden hut.
